PMSI was founded in 1994 by George Kryston, President, as a one-sweeper operation. Clients quickly found that PMSI provided quality service at a competitive price. They also saw that PMSI could become for them an all-inclusive provider of outdoor maintenance services.
As a result, PMSI began to grow not only in our sweeping services but in other areas as well, from snow removal to lawn and landscape maintenance to parking lot striping and power washing. Today, those services also are complemented by our Construction Management and Coordination services, which give property owners and managers the peace of mind their buildings and grounds are properly maintained and well-kept.
Within our first 10 years, PMSI outgrew our initial office and shop, and in 2005 we moved to our current location in Lansing, Ohio. That same year, we established our Western Pennsylvania operations, now located in Greensburg, which offer the same services as we do from our

George and PMSI also are the recipients of THF Realty's Pathfinder Award, given annually to vendors who demonstrate a commitment to facility maintenance and oversight.
